Navigation Bar problems

Hi guys, I've been having a lot of trouble with the Naviagation Bar, it's been showing these images that I just can't seem to get rid of.
Here's a screenshot of it:


I've tried looking in most places but just can't find a solution.
The thing is, on my main computer, I can't see it, I've come to a conclusion that this is because my main computer is run on Vista. I asked my friend who has Windows 7 and he said that he couldn't see it either. Two other friends that have XP can both see it and when I use this computer, which runs on XP, I can too.

If anyone has any kind of solution, please post it,

Thats a faulty skin.
Use some other skin from hitskin.com
