i have filed a litigation

i have filed a litigation against a forum and it still has not been shut down or anything. It has all my info publically released and if i will i will seek a lawyer to help me out with this matter. All i want to know is why the hell wont you shut it down.

Please give the litigation's team about 7 days to get to your compliant as they handle many thousands upon thousands of complaints everyday, and they do NO work weekends.

Unfortunately this in not a question that can not be answered here.
Forumotion support forums is for forum support only.This is not where you report or discuss any forums that may be in violation.Support staff have nothing to do with litigation's they are a separate team/divisions and all decisions are made from them.All i can suggest is that you keep reporting the forum. If they are not shut down or given any warnings then it probably means litigation's feels there are no violations.Other Than that like Darren has said above you have to give-them time to receive the complaint and to investigate the allegations reported.

Actually this is a very serious matter and i think it would be best to post here in case anyone ever comes across any forums with any such content.

if there is something being posted on a forum that is illegal materials of a minors/children the place will be shut down in a heart beat and all ip's and other information will be gathered and reported to the appropriate authorities.You send me the link and let me see something there with explicit things of minors or children and i will send the report off to litigation's/online guardian and Typlo my self,tell them it's me kirk form forumotion support sending it and it is a most serious matter involving illegal content and abuse of minors/children.

if someone post something illegal like that on your forum then you keep all records and ip address to report to the appropriate authorities.. and ban them immediately.

there are many things that people can be in violations on forums for and any violations can lead to a forum being deleted or/shut down.But when it comes to any children or persons being exploited,abused in harmful ways forumotion will take this utmost serious and go through all channels to report the crimes being committed and or who is sharing any illegal materials.

This is a very serious matter and formotion has an absolutely no tolerance policy on any such act's of children being exploited or abused regarding to matters and content of this nature.
Or you send typlo a thread with the title child porn. he will not hesitate to take a look and take all necessary action to see the site is no longer up and all information is gathered and reported.With That in mind.If you send typlo a message with a title like that you better hope the message contains information/reports to a forum of what the title says.(Meaning) Don't think this will be a way to get his attention and the matter dose not refer to that. he will not take that likely and i am sure a person would be banned for sending any false message that was entitled to do with such a serious issue.
