Guest Posting

Is there a way to make a section only for guests?

you can have a board for guest. but members that are not logged in will see the section/board the same way as they where a guest.

Or you can set the forums permissions for guest on any forums. it's all in your permissions settings and what you want to allow.

1-General

2-Categories and forums

3- where ever you want to add a guest section click add a link

4- name what you want it to be and then you save scroll down to the bottom and click advanced mode

5-at the top click all the features you want guests to have in all sections of advanced mode

6-save and done

Doesn't work, if I make it so that guests can post all of the boxes for member is auto-ticked too and when I un-tick it the box for the guests also gets un-ticked >.<

Yes, its not possible to do what you want.
