Adding topic icons

I want a user to be able to add an icon for a topic

and i have been to display topic icons but when i try to create a new topic i still dont see any place where i can choose a icon

Admin panel >> Display ( Tab ) >> Pics management > Topic Icons > Create, set permissions & image > Save.
To add it to a post, just edit the 1st post of the thread and select the image just above the subject line box.

Icon title: put the name of the icon

Icon: >just put the Icon url https://i.servimg.com/u/f40/11/60/75/36/solved10.png this is the solved icon they have here but you can add yours


Auth level: is up to you all, members, modr, or admins only

Default assignement: if you don't want the icon to show up on Announcement & Sticky, just leave those boxes empty and Save.
