Registration

I am trying to request extra fields during the registration process. A recent post/reply said:

Please go to:
admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> Profiles > New > Make a new profile > and tick the boxt hat says "required for registration" or "obligatory" > Save.
It will then be necessary to be filled out in order to join the forum

I go to admin panel>>Users & Groups (tab)>>Profiles and then cannot see anything like Make a New profile or New.

What am I missing?

Thanks, I did play around with the + but didn't realise exactly what it allowed me to do.
