Admin panel keeps returning to home

Hi guys,

one of my admins has had this problem when he clicks on different tabs e.g. categories and forums under general it just directs him back to the home page of the admin panel...

he has tried IE FF and opera all the same any ideas ?

Does he wait for too long & then hit the home tab?

No it will be while hes actually busy working like as soon as he clicks on categories and forums it goes straight to home some times he goes a bit further but still ends up the same result

Maybe you should confirm it whether it happens persistently or not.

well its being doing it the whole day today he was trying to create new forums and sub forums and while hes busy doing that it just returns home

it doesn't happen to me no mine is fine

so let see if it still does it after cache has been cleared

Nah he cleared the cache and its still doing the samething :'(

What versions of IE and FF are you using?

Well he got the latest Opera the same browser i am using and he still gets the problem

so i don't think tis browser related anything else it could be ?

Did he use another system & check?

Yip hes tried on three different pc's and on two different connections all the same

Maybe if he could PM you his account details, you should try it. So we know whether its his account or his systems where he is accessing it from.
