Admin Panel options - loops back to Home.

Whenever I try go to Styles, Forum, General etc it loops back to the main page. I have to try about 20 times until it goes through, then does the same for the next sub-option I select.

Basically it's unusable in this state. I've tried this on Firefox2,3, Opera and I.E 6 - all have the same behavior..

Any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated!
