ad removal

Brought 1000credits to remove for members no problem, for 12 months , we then decided we wanted to remove them for guests as well brough another 1000 but could only get 6 months, but it also knocked the members back to 6 months!! that can't be right, that would mean we have wasted £8.50 sterling.. please explain.

1000 credits will only get you six months of ad removal. If you wanted a full year, you'd of had to buy 2000 credits.

I have brought 2000 the first 1000 i spent for 12 months removal of ads for members, then brought another 1000 so 1000 x 2 = 2000 spent the 2nd 1000 i brought on removing for guests but that gave me 6 months and reduced the 12 months for members i had already paid for to 6 months!! but i have brought 2000 but the first 1000 spent seems to be wasted.
