In progress Ad bar removal help?

So, this ad started appearing at the top of my forum recently. It is on every page and is different every time I refresh. I cannot find in my admin panel where the option is to make it scram. It popped up a while back and I managed to turn it off. Now, I can't seem to locate it. Please advise! Thanks!

Ads can only be removed by using credits.
