Removing an Item from the Navbar

So I looked through the Headers section of the FAQ, and while I saw information on how to add a new item to the bar, there was nothing there on how to remove something.

In addition, I find it rather puzzling that the left "Actions" column of the Headers section (under Configuration, under General Admin) is blank--and I've checked this in two browsers and had someone else check to confirm. I'd assume that in that column would be the trashcan and any other icon, where I would be able to delete and modify navbar icons at will... but there's nothing there, so what can I do? Is it even possible?

In case anyone's interested/this is important, the icon I want to remove is Usergroups, because we don't have any usergroups, so it's a useless link to have (lol). And I'm pretty sure it is possible to remove links, because we somehow don't have the Calendar in our bar, although I wasn't responsible for that.

Hello and sorry to be late, I have been busy these two last days because of cooking and my parents' wedeing anniversary (I don't know if the wordings are right...). More, many of us are in holidays.

If you want to remove buttons from the navbar, you have to go to Admin Panel > Styles Admin > List of the pictures > General/explore > you replace the button with this : https://2img.net/i/empty.gif (this is a 1*1 transparent picture).

Then, you go back to Headers and you move the modified button to place it at the end of the navbar.
