Banner Creation Empty Banner Creation

Hello

I have two pics:-

Left side http://tinyurl.com/ya8kgao
Right side http://tinyurl.com/ydhcj9z

Please could someone stich them together, and make the picture into the banner size that covers the full width of the forum. Could you also put a 5mm black line between the to the pics so it divides the two pics.
