How to give permissions to a rank?

How can i add permissions to a rank?

Ex. I want to make the Moderator rank that i made in the Rank Administration to delete topics, move topics, edit topics, ...

Ranks actually can't grant permissions to the user that the rank is assigned to. Its simply a title. In order to grant permissions to a user, you can do so directly via their administered profile. You can find a user in admin panel by going to Users & Groups > Search Users. (click the Permissions tab on a user to set their status and permissions - moderators are considered "users" and not "administrators", keep that in mind)

Another and faster way to promote moderators is by grouping the desired users in a new group and then editing the permissions of forums to give that group with moderation rights over the desired forums.

There is no quick way to assign ranks, I'm afraid. You'll have to do that individually (again, using the Search Users function in your Admin Panel).
