Navigation bar button has changed

Im admin of the forum and ive a problem with myself regarding forum button on the nav bar

The buttons on the mainpage are different on my pc than that of a fellow admin

his are plain, mine are backed with black boxes
i have cleared caches,cookies,refreshed,etc and my pages show no errors..

my forum is..www.seafisherman.forumotion.com

i am the creator and admin so why have my buttons changed to that of my members,im baffled
ive reloaded the buttons etc and still the same
even on hitskins choice of skins the buttons are the same as mine
someone has said maybe my caches arent clearing on my browser refresh

someone please help
