Hello,

To install jQuery plug-ins, first of all, you need to find ones that you want to install on your forum.

You can make a google search a find a plug-in that you want to use. The plug-in developers always give proper guidelines on how to install them on a site. You can follow those instruction and make necessary changes in your forums templates and CSS.

There is no standard way of installing all jQuery plug-ins. The process may vary for each one.

You need to download the javascript files they provide.

They always provide some instructions that will help you to install the plug-in. Read the documentation of your plug-in.

Tell me, what exactly you want to do with jQuery?
What do you want to achieve with it?

See, jQuery is already installed an usable on all Forumotion forum.
There isn't just one thing that you install and all the plug-ins (sliders, hiders, folders, tabs etc) will start working. You don't have any option in admin panel to operate the jQuery plug-ins. You need to do everything yourself.

Suppose, if you want a image slider on your forum, see this..
http://css-tricks.com/anythingslider-jquery-plugin/
Download the files they provide > You need to host those files on a web host > Add the CSS codes to your style sheet > Link to hosted files to your forum using HTML code > Customize the JavaScript/CSS/HTML code as per your requirements.

Thats how you'll get your forum upgraded!!

To add jQuery plug-ins take too much effort and time. It also requires some basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScirpt.
