Members not getting activation link

I have several people trying to join my forum and they cant.

The reason I am told via email is they fill out the registration and never get the email link to activate their account. They cant register because the forum tells them the name is already used.......... This happens to some people not all I have others that join without any problems too.


What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Try instructing them to check their spam box or wait for another 24 hours, if they still can't recieve any, try instructing them to register again.

either that or just activate them your self.
it's mystically going to there spam box unless you have it set for admins to activate.

I do not know why but some members where able to join, others where files in the admin section of the forum, I had to activate them.
