the phpBB2 is so simple to edit the footer but the theme i choose is phpBB3 how can i edit the footer please help me i don't like to change my theme...

I don't think it's possible to edit the footer with phpBB3.

phpbb3 doesn't allow template editing. Moreover, your forum can be deleted for editing the footer.
