I cannot find "forum Address" in "General". Plz help.

If it doesn't look like this then your not founder, so you can't change it.

Make sure you are the founder of the forum and make sure you have the ACP(admin control panel) set to 'Advanced'.
ACP > General > Forum > Forum Address
