talking about Guns

Hi there,
can I talk about guns on my forum and on those I am a member of. Can I discuss the legal and non legal things people do with guns. For example it is illegal in most countries to convert blank guns to live fire guns. But in many Eastern European countries, it is legal and in some countries, it is legal to make your own ammunition.

I live in Bulgaria and it is a country with a gun culture, it is common here for the Bulgarians to convert gas / blank guns to live and make ammo to fit them. Though it is not a legal thing to do, it is normal.

The forums I use are all about Bulgaria and living here. I am a British ex pat. I have lived in Bulgaria for 4 years and spend a lot of my time telling people what life is like here. The honest truth about BG.

Please can you tell me what I can and can't write on the forums, as it is giving lots of problems.
