Live Feed

I'm in the process of making a whole website with the forum being a part of it.
Is there anyway of making a live feed on my actual website of say the latest posts on the forum or the latest threads? Think it would be a nice addition to my site.

i don't think you can. you can have the links leading to the forum with it on there but there's no way to make it go to your website live in real time and stay updated like that.

As another option is it a lot easier to have a static update, which just updates when the page is refreshed?

An example is the Latest topics bit on this site, its on the right hand side of this page, i'd love to be able to have that on my homepage.

You can have a live update too, just use the HTML Frame.
