Reporting an Abusive Forum

Hi Folks

How do you report a forum Leader for abusive behavior on the forum, i.e. how do you report them directly to Forumotion?

i've tried the litigation link, but that only sends the report to the forum in questions admin, who just so happens to be the person causing the bother.

would aprreciate any help you can give
