quote button missing

can someone help me.
the quote button is missing on my site

i've tried unclicking the hide on the side tab and i've inserted the new button links but it won't work

Be sure you are allowing are displaying the quote feature.

Admin panel>general>messages and emails>configuration

scroll down to (Display "Quote" button ) select yes and hit save.

Then also be sure you are using a direct image link in your pics management where the button goes and you should be good to go
