3 problems to solve

Hi i have to problems to solve

1st is: How can i increase the size of my navigation bar forum... please any help, it's too tiny, the guests can't even see the register button.

2nd: i opened a portal its pretty cool, but it shows as a index/default page, i just want it to be like any other normal page, and keep my home page as index.

3rd: how can i have a pop up to guests who can register, e.g here: http://www.webartzforum.com/

1)try making the forum font size bigger.
2) i dont see portal at your forum only a home page.
