Post by KingofKings Thu Mar 04, 2010 7:25 am

I am the admin of my forum. I can log in the admin panels for a few days after I created the forum but since yesterday, I was not able too. I tried to log in the admin panel but the page loads again & stays there. I can log in to the forum but not the admin panels. What do I do?

Which browser are you currently using? Try some other browser to see if the problem occurs.

Administration Panel Empty Re: Administration Panel

Post by KingofKings Thu Mar 04, 2010 9:35 am

I am using mozilla & I cannot even log in to the admin panel. When I switch to Ie, I can log in to the admin but whenever I want to go to another tab from the home tab, like the general or misc tab, the page redirect me back to the 'To administer the board you must re-authenticate yourself' page.
I tried using opera but it is the same as using mozilla.

Thank you for trying to help me out. I really hope I can get this issue solve so that I can start to concentrate on my forum. Smile

General>Forum>Security
Confirm password to administration access :No
Save.

See if that helps.

I can access the admin panel but when I try to go to another tab besides the home tab, ie general, display or user & groups, or even clicking on the advance tab, I will be directed again to the 'To administer the board you must re-authenticate yourself' page in the main forum. Hence, I am not able to go beyond the home tab & will not be able to,

Confirm password to administration access :No
Save.

So have you forgotten the password? What happens after you submit the password.

I have not forgotten the password but i ask for a new password anyways. I was able to log in the forum using the new password. I was also able to log in the admin panel but when I want to do other stuffs in the admin panel, the page gets directed back to the 'To administer the board you must re-authenticate yourself' page.

I also created another forum using a different email. I was able to go & do stuffs in the admin panel on this other forum. This is still a mystery to me. I don't want to start working on this new forum, spending days on it & then the same problem would occur again.
