hi spirit09, on your forum there is a report an abuse feature in the footer links. It basically gives people who are not members of your forum to report some content which kinda disrespects the TOS of forumotion. So you can remove it. The report goes to the admin of the forum, which is you. So you can take necessary action & clear the things.

Thank you

I havent recieved any emails about these, and since I posted I have found where to view them on the admin panel and have 'done' them - they were from a disgruntled past member...anyway, once they are 'done' do they ever disappear? or do they stay on file so to speak?

also is it only me they come to, or are they sent to formotion too?

thank you for your prompt reply

The ones that are seen in the admin panel can only be seen by the forum. Forumotion can see them if they wish but I don't think they ever do that. They will view the ones that are sent by the litigation tool.
