post my website in the google

hi

is that a happy start lol Hello

how can i post my website in the google and other things like yahoo and so on they did gave me a link 2 post on my website and i did post it up in the main page but it still didnt work how do i know cuz it had some thing like this with it <da>da0> means i did fix it wrong where do i post the link and where do i go 2 put my website up in google ??
