I'm having trouble with another forum...

Hello, I'm Joeoflula. The admin of a moderate sized forum called Sonic World.
A site called Hedgehog's Haven has repeatedly attacked us before, And last time it got to the point where they spammed the forum with pornography. With a picture of one our members' faces copypasted onto it, no less. We have a bitter history like this. We've been spammed several times with non-porn assaults several times in the past. (They hold a grudge against us because many of our members, Admittedly including me, don't get along.) I was wondering if there was anyway I could make them stop doing this. Everywhere I look I can only find ways to report to the forum's administrator, Who refuses to listen to us. Can't anyone do anything about this?
And no, I don't have pictures to support my claim, Unfortunately. But I do know several people that were there that night and will back me up.
Thanks in advance to any help I can possibly receive.
By the way, I've reason to believe it was one of the Co-administrators of the site that attacked us with the porn, A woman named Zero, As the woman who's picture someone pasted onto it was the head of someone who she holds a bitter grudge against.
In addition, The vast majority of our members are 17 or under. With only about 4 or 5 out of 160 members being over 18.

I am also a member from Sonic World. Also the admin of a forum called the Hedgehog Cafe. The person who we also have reason to think it was a woman called Zero almost spammed the same pornography there but lucky for us Joeoflula caught it when he checked the admin panel there and saw the email was the same as the spammer on Sonic World. This has been going on for almost a year and it has gotten worse. They won't let go of their grudges. It is at the point where no one can go to one of the forums without someone blowing up from the said site that Joeoflula said. The wrose part is, they have two forums so they don't care if one gets deleted because they have a back up site to still go to. Called the Interdimension Headquarters.

The simplest way to stop spamming attacks is to change your forum registration criteria to making new members register by email, coupled with guests not allowed to post messages.

If you have a dispute with a forum, please feel free to inform our litigation's department by use of our litigation's tool https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

As you are required to have atleast 1 screenshot / image, the tool won't
work ( Unfortuntally ) however, I do suggest that you PM Typlo here, as he is the man in charge of Litigation's, and our lesion to the company.

Please be aware that because of his many diverse rolls in the company, that he may not respond straight away, and if he doesn't respond within 48 hours, please PM him again.

Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of it as everyone was rushing around trying to clean up the spam and resolve the drama when it happened.
I can understand if I can't do anything without a screenshot, however.
I have several friends who were there that night that can support what I'm saying including Sky_Devil_Beauty, But I'm guessing that's not enough.

I have already pm Typlo in the past about some things in the past that have happen and no action was taken. It is at the point where no one can even enjoy the forum at times. Also who would screen shot a porn picture?

Missed this when I was typing this morning. Even then the spammers just change email address and use another one so they can do it all over again. I am at the point myself where I am not approve new users on the Hedgehog Cafe because of this happening and the emails don't even relate to the past emails they have used.

This is your best bet here. There can't be anything done without proof.
