Skin problem Empty Skin problem

My skin doesn't seem to show up - why is this? It stays at the default forum backround.. It says press "Save Setting", were can this be done?

Are you customizing a skin on hitskin.com, or creating your theme from scratch?

Sorry - but if it's possible, i'd rather not put the URL anywere, it's a forum for a game me and my dad made, we wish to keep it a secret - for now.

But, i'm making my skin from scratch. So.. the save button at the end of general display on pics management is save setting./. correct?

My skin is going to be:
