Picture problems

Something odd happened - a full member on my forum was looking at some pics that I posted (photobucket hosted) and she happened to click (or double click) on one of the pictures.... Since that she cannot see any of the pics posted from this photobucket account.
Altho - if she takes the address to the picture and pastes that into the address bar she sees them.
We have tried all the normal things - deleted cookies, booted computers and etc...
I also checked her forum account and I can see nothing odd.

We need help now from you guys
