I recieved a message from a member of my board that another member named The Comrade is a hacker and has struck at least once before. He wants to run the board as a dictator. Is there any options besides an IP ban?

The only way would be to email ban, username ban, put account activation as admin.

Admin Panel // User & Groups // User Option // Who can activate accounts // Admin // Save
