Recently, 2 of my members, told me that they couldn't edit stuff in their profile...they claimed "error occurred, site under maintenance"

HELP ME ASAP PLEASE!!!

Sorry, dj, it's already disabled, my members can't save what they edited in their profile...

They said they refreshed and re-ENTER the address above by highlighting and click ENTER, but they said the same thing happened

Hello,

We can do a simple test to see if it is the users' internet (and/or his/her) connection, or a problem on the servers side.

This will require:
You informing us the URL of your site, and allowing someone to register and/or use a guest account
and about 2-3 minutes in total.

I'll be straight forward with you, this does sound like a problem to do with the users' connection.

Is this occurring to a few specific users, or to everyone on the forum?

I'm not sure whether it affects all the users in the forum or not, as i only received reports from 2 people only.

Arashi Kasai, I haven't encountered any problem's myself.

It does appear to be a problem with the users' Internet provider, there's nothing on the DB side unfortunately.
