Solved Litigation ineffective?

Post by RodG March 24th 2010, 7:19 am

Hi there,

I would have wished my first post would have been a happier one!
Anyway, I've got an issue with one of the forum (Babytalk) where my private and personal life is been discussed and I'm not afforded the right to reply or defend myself from all the allegation that have been made. I have tried to register on this forum but, of course, the admins are not granting me access to it and are simply ignoring all my attempts to communicate with them. I believe I have this fundamental right.
I was made aware of these private discussion from a member of said forum.

So my question is, how can I have my right to privacy, defend myself be granted? Alternatively have these threads deleted?

Thanks for you help Wink

In short, yes you do have these basic liberties and rights here in ForuMotion, below are the explicit specifics according to our Terms Of Service which you may be interested in.

Under the Terms of Service that any ForuMotion Admin has to agree to in order to create his or her forum, I'll quote these important personal parts so that you are aware of them yourself -- I've bolded the more important parts, and italicized the lesser, but still important parts.

Please feel free to read the ForuMotion.com Terms of Service so you what I'm talking about via
https://www.forumotion.com/en/create-forum/terms-of-service.htm

You may make a report via our Litigation's tool https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

Alternatively, if you do not have any screenshot's, feel free to PM Typlo, an admin here, our lesion to the company and the boss of Litigation's.

Please be aware, if you go via the litigation tool, they do require 7 days before any action, as they get heaps and heaps of complaints from many different languages.

If you PM Typlo, you should get a response, however there is no response guaranteed, simply because he does so much, and one man can only do so much.
If you don't get a reply, please feel free to PM him once again, every 48 Hours; he doesn't work on Saturday & Sunday either, this is French time as the company is located in France Wink

In order to PM anyone, please make 1 more post then send the PM as we have restricted PM abilities to anyone who has 2 or more posts Wink

I hope all of this will assist you Smile

Kind regards,
Darren.
