Can i change the text "Gratis forum : Naturtalent"? marked in the red circles on the picture.

Yer i can change the "naturtalent" part... but i want to remove the "Gratis forum :" (dansih for "Free forum")... is that possible?

Did you edit both the forum name and description?

Neither of them change anything in the page title when i change them...

Change it there.
