How to add medal in profile

I want to add medal into member's profile like this picture. But I don't know how to do it.

But it only lets one member has one medal. How can you put more than 1 medal in member profile? (like the picture that i posted)

Create more than one profile!
Assign one or more images for each profile and thus may have more than one image!

Dont let the awards text appear & choose the separator accordingly
