Templaes Edition, not Showing Empty Templaes Edition, not Showing

I brought some couple of changes to templates, but they arent showing up as it should be,(They show no change at all) then I tried to remove all changes and then do it again, still it wont work though I am sure I did all correct and according to forumotion's tutorials
