script / external page

Hi all I would like a script with a table in which to open more tabs like this

In this cod are tabs with iframe pages, and i don't want to be like that. i need a script that opens page's in the same table like aaaa..... more pages in one web page.

I want that script to modify the "who is online" table on the forum.
