Changing admin email and deleting a forum

I find myself in quite a pickle.

Sometime last year, I created a forum under the email Catshire529@gmail.com. However, I have forgotten the forum name since that time so I cannot delete it. Today I decide to create another forum here, but I cannot use the email I listed above... and it really bugs me.

So, if there any way that someone can find my forum that I forgot the name to by that email so I can delete it and possibly change my email on the new forum I created?
