HTML problem

Okay, I tried researching through the other post people have made about this HTML problem with posting. I couldn't find a solution. I tried posting a flash/widget and the HTML works if I post it as an announcement. BUT when I tried to just post it in the forum I get either a blank post or the html code in text. I've enabled the HTML in my profile and under my admin panel and still nothing. I would appreciate the help immensely! I saw a post similar to this one but it was locked but never solve. But anyways any help would be appreciated thank you. also here is my forum address so that you may see the problem.

i enable it already, i tried changing the skin i've tried all of the methods....its just not working. :'(
