Cant Access My Administration Page

Hi, I Just did This forum and I was working on it http://animaltraining.forum-motion.com/

I was setting some group permissions. I logged out and wanted to see how things worked as a different user.

I cannot find the access to the administration panel. It s not at the bottom of the page. Can someone tell me other ways to log into the administration?
