Solved Advertising Banner Appears?

All of a sudden a Google ad banner appears underneath the control console. It wasn't there for the past four days. Why now?

Hello,
Admin Panel=>General=>Forum=>Configuration=>Allow image and video formats for ads=>No=>Activate ads=>Guest=>Save.
