could someone makes some icons for my Navigation Bar?

Our navigation bar needs some work..

now the guidelines are:
1)must have a transparent background
2) it must look sleek and mature(not childish..)

I need icons for the whole navigation bar including:
Index
Calender
FAQS
Forum Rules
Search
Memberlist
Groups
Profile
Inbox and new private messages
Chat
Log out
Arcade

I know the banner is just fine, but I do want someone to help make a sleek,cool navigation bar.
