Navigation Icons

I'm not having the text next to the default icons at the page. Example, the Home button does not have the text 'Home' written beside it. How can i make the text appear.
Also if i dont want a buttom, example usergroup to appear, how can i disable it.

For your first question, you go to Admin Panel > General Admin > Headers > Display only images in the link bar > No

for your second question, it's possible only if you leave "Display only images in the link bar" to Yes, and replace the usergroup icon by a 1 pixel transparent gif ( https://2img.net/i/empty.gif )
