I admin from blacklist-team.forumsmotion.com

why people can not register to my forum ?
and I've followed the steps in https://help.forumotion.com/frequently-asked-questions-f5/how-to-unlock-your-forum-t35100.htm but still can not.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
if you can, please you have to activate, I've surrendered to activate the registration form.
please help me master.

You must of not done something right when you viewed the tutorial I made. You sure you click on Save to allow new members?

Administration Panel >> Users and Groups >> Users Options. Make sure "Allow new members" is set to "Yes". If not, change it, and then click "Save".

Are you remembering to click Save? Can you give any more information on what is going wrong? Are you able to do the steps and it's just not working, or are you unable to do the steps?

Perhaps your forum is on holiday. Go here: Administration Panel >> General >> Configuration. Then change "Forum on holiday" to No if it isn't already.
