I will try to explain this as well as possible. I have this on my forum right now . . .



I want to be able to have this.



in order to accomplish this i would need something like an html code that would create a new forum section because the forum will not allow me to over ride the designated area to the right. The code i have for the icons in the first image is bellow. Thank you very much!

As best as I can tell, is that you would need to be able to access your templates (PunBB or PhpBB2) and just remove the three columns from your index template. However, there are some savvy css people on here that may be able to conjure something else up.
