Solved connection problems and crediting the initial credit

after finally getting through Liberty Reserve to invest $ 200.00 I got this message at the end of my painful journey:

Error (s) found
Shopping cart interface that the merchant is not properly configured.
Please report this error to the trader with the exact steps that led to this error.

Now, what do I do? How do I report this bug. Link to the trader did not work.
