Solved Background Image of My Forum

How can I center the background image of my forum so that it looks the same for everyone? Like so that it doesn't matter what your resolution is, its just so that the background is always centered.

I think you should use the maximum size on the background so everyone sees it, Try that and see if it works.

Resize it to the maximum screen size.

No. I somewhat Figured it out, I want it so that it always lines up with the forum. Take a look, now it cuts the top off. http://warpandas.forumclan.com
