Email Verification

Hi, This is my first post here, so first of hello everyone, I have a slight issue with my forum when members register I want to confirm there membership before they can post, I have set this up ok but I want the same for my Mods, i thought i had set it up correctly but my Mods do not recive an email, only i do the forum admin

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to double post, but i thought i would explain better

When you register on my forum an email is sent to admin to allow/disallow new members, hiw can i get this verification email sent to mods also

Ok im getting closer when a new member register i get sent 2 emails one of them has a link to allow the new member, now Mods get 1 email but there is no link in there email to activate the new user.

Mods cannot activate a user.
