Portal Issues

Hi, I activated my portal already in the Portal General Options.

I wanted my "News" to show up on the portal but nothing is showing up at in the middle section. I have no clue how to get it to work and I searched and searched and nothing. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks and not a thing!

Please help me try to get my "Front Pages News" from http://www.bearvilledaily.com/forum.htm to show up in the middle section http://www.bearvilledaily.com/portal.htm

Did you click on a section you wish to show the news?

Modules // Widget Management // Click on Modify News // Look for what section you want to see news // Click Drop down // Find the section // Save

Hey there, sorry to say but if you activated the Portal's News section AFTER you've posted your news, you have to re-post them in order for it to show up.

This happened to me as well, simply re-post them then delete the old ones.

EDIT - Or do check to see if you activated the section the news will be redirected from, as *MrMario!* said
