Can deleted user have access in my forum?

Hello!! I read the previous topics but I wasn't able to find answers in my questions!

I banned the name of a user, her e-mail and her ip(s) and afterwards
I deleted her for member and I don't want to have any access in my forum!
Now I can see only her banned ip! I can' t see her banned e-mail and name!

Can she reregister again with the same e-mail or other?
Can she reregister again with the same name?
Can she see my home page and the topics as guest?
Should I tell somewhere the reasons of deletion?

Is it better to ban or to delete a user
if I don' t want this user to have any access in my forum any more?

She could just be at the spot that blockes her from the site? And it could still count as her ip being on?...

Yes! I speak greek and little english!
I tried to translate yours message but the text has no sense in greek!
Could you rewrite more simply what you said!

I am the admin of a forum and I would like to have answers at my questions
in the first topic! Pleeease..!!

When you ban someones IP adress, they can count as a user on a on a forum, when there trying to get on the forum, but they can't access any like the home page or the portal page.

Once you ban the IP they can't see anything on the forum. They will get an error saying you have been banned on this forum.

Exzactually, andwhen there on the error page, that counts as them being a guest:)

Ok! She hasn't access because I banned her ip!! I understant it!

What's happens with the other questions? I have deleted her too and beforehand I banned her e-mail and name!
Can reregister from different place with the same e-mail or name?

If you banned her e-mail, he can't re-register there with her same e-mail as her previous account, but he can re-register with different e-mail unless he's ip banned.

I don't think you have to, but you probally should if you want the user to know if he doesn't already.

You are much better leaving people banned. If you delete their account there is nothing to stop them making a new one with the same name or a different name with the same e-mail account.

Thats why she banned the E-mail and IP too. Razz
