Solved merging issue

Ok, one of my memebers split a topic somehow, and when ever I try to merge the two back together, it locks them both, and just adds a link to the new one. But it won't attcually merge them. I know how to merge topics, I've done it before but for some reason this one won't. I'm getting very irrated, as I've tried to merge them about four times now, and it won't work.

Hello,

Would the 2 merged threads have more than 50 pages?

A thread automatically splits itsself at 50 pages, and cannot be merged.
