Add To Friend/Buddy List [More Friendly Forum]

I would like to propose a Friend/Buddy List Option where members can add member as buddys on there forum making it better and more friendly.

I have no ideas for what options would be available on theBuddy/Friend List, so currently im am just proposing the Option Of Members adding other Members To a Friend/Buddy List.
